In order to provide the best possible representation, I partner with an of counsel attorney, Robert Spector, for every case. While my strengths lie in settling cases outside of the courtroom, Robert shines in trial. In fact, he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, one of the most prestigious trial lawyer associations.
I work for you. This means I’m accessible when you need me. I give every client my cell number, and I keep my phone by my side at all times. I understand that your case impacts your entire life, and I simply won’t wait to address pressing concerns until normal business hours. As your attorney, my help is never more than a call away.
As a former anthropology major, I’ve always been fascinated by people. I take great pleasure in understanding the perspectives of others, and I have been told I excel in my ability to communicate and perceive details beyond the surface. These are a few of the traits that make me such an effective attorney today.
Not all attorneys are licensed to go to trial. Others avoid going at all costs. Choose someone who will readily fight for you.
Some firms are intimidated by large corporations. Disregard them. You’re better off hiring an attorney who is confident in their skill set.
While there are many talented attorneys, some are too busy to speak with you one-on-one. That should be a deal-breaker.
A referral to one of your clients is the highest compliment I can receive, and I'll be sure to return the favor whenever possible.
If you’re in search of local counsel for personal injury or immigration law in the Fort Lauderdale or Aventura area, consider reaching out to my firm. I believe we can each offer more effective service to our clients when we focus on the areas we know best.
If you’re like most of my clients, you have probably never faced a personal injury lawsuit before. So, first, let me address how such cases are handled. If both sides agree to settle, or if the verdict is ruled in your favor, you will likely receive financial compensation for your injuries. Unfortunately, this money does not go straight to you.
Since most personal injury attorneys work on contingency, they don’t get paid unless they recover compensation on your behalf. While this sounds nice, attorneys often subtract their fees off the top of the payout. This takes away over a third of your money. Medical bills must then be paid, sometimes leaving you with little left over.
At my firm, I do things a little differently. After your medical bills have been accounted for, I then look at what’s left over and divide it so your cut of the payment is larger than mine. In my opinion, it’s simply the right thing to do. You are the one who’s suffered a traumatic experience and need to rebuild your life. You deserve compensation more than anyone.
Ensuring that you benefit from a large portion of the payout is just one example of how I work to serve you. In all aspects of my representation, you will find that your needs consistently come before my own. And it starts with my free case evaluation policy. Complete the form below to schedule yours today.
